I’m the heart behind Divine Healing Dynamics LLC, where modern spirituality meets soulful self-care. With years of experience as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer, I’ve walked the winding path of healing—and now I’m here to walk beside you.

Through certifications in life coaching, sound healing, chakra and energy work, Reiki, meditation, natural magic, and my work as an ordained minister, I’ve woven together a tapestry of tools to support the unique beauty of your journey.

My meditation sessions are rooted in warmth, compassion, and deep listening—offering space for mindfulness, stress relief, and emotional healing, including special sessions for teens and tweens. My coaching gently guides you toward embracing every part of yourself, even the parts that once felt hard to hold.

And then there's the magic I make with my hands—handcrafted teas, oils, mists, bath soaks, scrubs, lotions,  lip oils and more—all created with loving intention to support your mind, body, and spirit.
